Please visit estatesathighgrovehomeowners.com for the Estates HOA and highgrovehomeowners.com for the Master HOA.

Our Homeowners Association works on behalf of the residents to maintain, protect and improve the HOA common areas and help to ensure the preservation of property values.

This site is a great resource for homeowners to easily stay up-to-date on events, see financial information, meeting minutes, view community rules (DCCR's) and Bylaws, report a concern, Pool information and more.

We provide easy access for you to retrieve information and documentation related to the Villas Community, and are able to communicate with REGISTERED homeowners through email blasts and to keep the community informed.

NOTICE FROM BOARD OF DIRECTORS 9/2/25

On August 25, 2025, villa owners were informed that, weather permitting, Greenwood Group would be applying a Nutsedge treatment on August 27 to help manage the growth of nutsedge. Following the application, we received a report from one villa owner whose dog became ill. While no additional reports have been brought to our attention, we want to share more information to help clarify the situation and prevent any misunderstandings.

The herbicide used is called Sedgehammer. According to the manufacturer’s guidelines, it is considered safe once the treated area has fully dried—typically within 1 to 2 hours.  We failed to share that information in the email.

As both a fellow pet parent and the president of the Villas HOA, I want to personally emphasize how deeply we care about the safety and well-being of every member of our community—two-legged and four-legged alike. This concern is shared wholeheartedly by our entire HOA board, Michele at YHMT, and the Greenwood Group. We are committed to improving our communication so that villa owners and pet families have the time and information they need to make informed decisions and take any necessary precautions.

Thank you for your understanding and for being part of a community that looks out for one another.
Beth McCoy, President
Lesley Chandler, Treasurer
Bonnie Morris, Secretary
